ABOUT US

Back to Reality

We founded Intelliexport in Beijing in early 2024. We are a compact team, amplified by AI. After studying in the West, we decided to come home. We realized that technology allows a small team to do big things. Being small is intentional—it means when you email us, you’re talking to a founder, not a chatbot.

Returning to China gave us a unique perspective. We noticed a distinct contrast between how the world perceives "AI & Robotics" and what is actually happening on the ground. The media often focuses on the futuristic. But here in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, we saw something different. We saw utility.

We saw automated cleaners scrubbing hospital floors at 2 AM. We saw robotic arms cooking noodles in busy canteens. These machines weren't trying to look human; they were simply tools, designed to do dull, repetitive jobs better than people could.

The "Hidden" Engineers

We spent months visiting the companies behind these machines. What we found were pragmatic engineering teams. They were down-to-earth and hyper-focused on one thing: Building hardware that lasts. They didn't care about marketing buzzwords. They cared about whether the motor would overheat after 24 hours of continuous use. They built incredible hardware, but they built it strictly for the realities of the local environment.

The "Friction" of Export

This creates a subtle but critical barrier for international buyers. It’s not that these manufacturers can't serve global markets—it's that they often underestimate the "soft" challenges of going global. We see excellent machines that face practical hurdles:

Localization vs. Translation: The software might have an "English Mode," but the user experience doesn't feel native or intuitive for a Western operator.

Regulatory Readiness: The build quality is world-class, but the specific paperwork and certifications (CE/UL) for overseas markets haven't been prioritized yet.

The Support Gap: Manufacturers understand the importance of after-sales service, but the reality of shipping spare parts and debugging across time zones brings unexpected difficulties.

Our Role

We built Intelliexport to smooth out this friction.

We act as the bridge between a pragmatic Chinese engineer and a global business owner.

We identify the most reliable units, and then we handle the "last mile" of product readiness—polishing the software experience, managing the compliance process, and stocking spare parts locally.

Our goal is simple: To provide you with a working asset that improves your operations today, with all the complexity absorbed by us.
